The governors are looking to appoint a Sports Coach to join our successful friendly team. To start in January 2024 St John Vianney is a happy, learning community where each individual pupil and member of staff is valued for the contribution they can make to the life of our thriving school. Staff work hard to provide the very best for our pupils and in return they receive the support and training to enable them to be the best they can be. We are seeking to appoint a Sports Coach who : • Has a flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team • Can Teach Physical Education Lessons across the primary ages • Can form positive and caring relationships with children which motivates them to learn, grow and be confident • Enjoys planning and leading Physical Education based activities • Is a good team player who is willing to contribute to the ethos and wider community of the school • Is willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life • Has a passion for the outside classroom and willing to lead Forest school activities • Has excellent behaviour management skills • Is able to communicate effectively with adults and children • Is fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.
